      Not everything I hoped

      flexible hours, easy to do with another job

      Cons

      This job didn't give me the freedom that I wanted as a stylist. Inventory was always an issue, and my lead was not as helpful as she could have been. I was constantly frustrated, as a part time employee, I was never able to work during times where there were enough good pieces to send to my clients. Overall I was disenchanted.

      Pros

      Pays quite well for a remote job. You get to work from home, make your own schedule and get a discount on the clothing.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in terms of career growth and company-wide changes/tests. Frustrating to be creative and successful with clients when not provided adequate resources (inventory).

      Make your own schedule and work from home. Great team to work for! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and want to ensure you enjoy your job.

      Salary and hours cap for part-time employees. 29 Hours a max per week.
