Pros

Umm, everything. If you like working for a cool company, interesting data, a fast-paced environment, intelligent people, accessibility to upper management, and lots of in-office perks, this is a good place for you. Not to mention working in down town San Francisco, which in my opinion is one of the best cities on earth. There is so much green field to work on in the company, no single person is doing "fluff work." Management is nimble and fast moving, and I have seen analyses turn into real time tracked metrics in less than a week. Dress is casual (though fashionable!). Management sits in the same size desks in the open as everyone else. It feels like a total team effort, and is very transparent. Plus, all the soy milk and organic dried fruit you could possibly want. 100000000000000X improved experience from a consulting firm.

Cons

Vacation time leaves a little to be desired. Is the standard 10 days per year.

Pros

Flexible schedule & fun environment. SF is an innovative start up in the fashion industry and in my experience accommodating for those with disabilities/ health issues/ family. It is still growing so there is lots of opportunities. As a Remote Stylist you can set your own work schedule. Good work/life balance. Allows for a creative outlet.

Cons

The quotas can seem a little unrealistic with all the extras one needs to do to stay on top of: emails, company news, surveys, fashion trends and as a liaison between the client and customer service. This can be a pro or con depending on how you look at it. As a Stylist it isn't clearly stated that while you can set your own schedule there are definitely times that are peaks for styling and days where it's not possible due to low inventory, this has to do with shipping not the company itself. So Sundays and Monday's before the afternoon are commonly low.
