      A great company for engineers who want a direct hand in the product

      Pros

      As an engineer, it's great to see a company that forgoes product managers and trusts their engineers to make smart product decisions. The code isn't perfect by any means, but it's well tested, and there's a strong eye towards expanding existing testing and automation systems.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing company, Stitch Fix has its share of growing pains. Ownership over legacy systems can sometimes be a bit difficult to unwind and it's always a careful balance to make sure that everyone is getting the support they need.

      -Company's getting too big for its own good -Too many Stylists on-boarding, not enough training -Too many clients, not enough inventory -Role becomes very monotonous

      Pros

      The company culture is fun and the people are all very friendly. Its exciting to work for a company that everyone loves working for and gaining that experience for working for a start up that is still learning also.

      Cons

      I think they are looking to hire mostly part time stylist and not willing to raise hours. If your looking to make a little extra cash its a great job because its fun and doesn't really feel like work.
