      They have a flexible schedule which is great and you can make your own hours.

      Cons

      You don't get to actually see anyone and you don't often communicate with your management.

      Fantastic place to work as a software engineer

      Pros

      Engineers are fully integrated into the business and our work delivers direct and obvious value to the business. The engineering department is split into teams and each is aligned with a business unit: Styling, Ops, Marketing and Merchandising. We work closely with our business partners (no product managers) and enjoy a great level of trust. We also get to use the tools and processes within teams we like and are encouraged to deliver high quality software instead of rushing to deliver 'story points'.

      Cons

      The only downside is the rapid growth of the company, which puts external pressure on everyone to deliver more. We seem to be doing a decent job of managing it sensibly though.
