      I am sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience with our Atlanta VC. We understand that work-life balance can be a challenge at times throughout the year in our busy Verification Centers. It is one of the reasons that we have one of -if not the most generous- time-off programs in the industry to allow our team members to recharge.       It was a lot better before

      Pros

      Fast paced, lots to learn, you'll find some really cool people who are looking out for you, fun if you're into sneaker culture and fashion, if you get to work in the main office it's nice

      Cons

      LOTS of layoffs, entire teams disappear overnight, lots of shady dealings (cutting good employees because they got favourable stock offers etc), new management has been a miss, pretty much everywhere, people work ridiculous hours and you're occasionally shamed for not doing the same (I participated in this a lot when I was younger thinking it was cool, but it didn't get any better), the art department doesn't exist anymore, engineers needs are usually not heard (no time to fix and automate tasks of you can just make it a weekly ticket and do it manually), no real ownership of projects anymore, but all the responsibility if things go wrong. It used to be a lot better, but the good people left. Also pay is very mediocre. Like every engineering job in Detroit was paying more :/

      Pros

      -individual efforts recognized by leadership -Bonusly rewards -401k matching -employee discounts on stockx.com -mental health, PT benefits -CEO is effective at his job -high degree of technical ownership over your project -remote work option for most office employees -unlimited PTO, but more than 3 weeks needs approval from management

      Cons

      -24/7 on call - only US team is on call -encouraged to deploy to production fast, rather than building for quality - this often causes production issues -leadership often change the quarterly roadmap, causing chaos and stress -black friday weekend and xmas weekend, weeks leading up to it, always stressful for everyone -no office culture -not the best compensation - CEO said "don't come here if you are only interested in compensation"
