      No Loss Prevention and the security team is a joke.

      Job is fun and fast paced.

      Cons

      The stealing and overall safety of where I work is out of control. They need a loss prevention department to start controlling these issues. The current security team is an absolute joke. There are no policies in place for anything, they let the employees run the ship.

      Pros

      -The company continues to grow (globally), and has major financial backing from founders and investors. A startup with advantages of a bigger company. -Company-wide emphasis on transparency goes a long way to keep everyone in the loop and feeling like they are part of something. -An exciting product has brought in a lot of people who are passionate about sneakers, streetwear, watches, and handbags, instead of people just looking for any job. -Everything has come a long way since the early days of the company; processes, HR, culture, communication, etc. have all improved in the past year. -Ideas are welcomed from all areas of the business

      Cons

      -Things can be a little chaotic at times as a result of the rapid growth; definitely not the job for someone who hates change.

      Constantly learning new things, forcing you out of your comfort zone but you're always growing which to me is a positive.

      Cons

      Hectic at times, a bit disorganized but that's a startup in hypergrowth.
