Pros

Nice central location in downtown Detroit Ample amount of perks from Quicken Loans Family of Companies Amazing team leadership behind streetwear, Android, data, watches, design, customer service, and marketing Catered lunch every week, and solid snacks

Cons

Working within the Quicken Loans ecosystem and buildings, chronic seating problems and constant rearranging of desks Scattered company-wide culture, perhaps even cliquey HR exists under the guise of people/culture, and doesn't really contribute to either of those two CEO is outrageously rude and generally uninvested in the inner workings of teams Horrible management of onboarding and equity paperwork No work/life balance, absolutely no incident response protocol, always looking at company Slack at all hours of the day and night Very little understanding and empathy for the end user, which manifests itself poorly regarding the product Seemingly open-minded, but revealed itself to be very corporate and rigid

Pros

The location is very beautiful.

Cons

I worked for this company. During my employment my little brother was murdered. I was excused to leave early, the incident happen on a Thursday. I was told to take my time on returning to work. Friday (next day) I call my team lead to give an update. I didn’t work weekends, That Monday was a holiday (no work) Thursday I returned to work still grieving and extremely sick, (from getting rained on while watching the police carry my dead brother body out of his home when he had been murdered) nevertheless; I was prepared to work. Durning my lunch break. I sat at my desk and put my head down. After lunch continued to work. I noticed my team lead and direct supervisor acting strange toward me all that morning. The friendliness was gone! Left work my normal time, made it home to get a phone saying the no longer needed me to work there. I was devastated! Their staff/management here is some heartless people. I will never forget this experience working a Stockx and what they did to me.

Pros

Pay was ok but did not make up for the hours forced to work and non existent work life balance

Cons

CEO is a complete joke combined with the rest of spineless upper management. Zero training or direction given. Impossible goals created without tools or resources to achieve. Absolute disaster around holidays with no guidance.
