Pros

The growth at StockX is unbelievable. It's fast paced, the team is driven and passionate, and there are no signs of slowing down. Employees and leadership are committed to continually improving the product, maintaining an autonomous culture, and helping individuals grow. There is common mission and everyone is committed to achieving their goals.

Cons

With any rapidly growing company, sometimes it can feel like the company is moving faster than the employees. It's fast-paced and can be unpredictable. People who thrive in this type of environment will be successful here, but it's not for everyone.

Pros

High-energy high-growth company that takes everyone's opinions into consideration for how to make the company better. Best experience I've ever had, and I've been in my profession for over 25 years.

Cons

IT systems are very immature. Many manual processes.

Pros

StockX is laser focused on growth and packed full of individuals who care about the future of the organization. The team is committed to constant improvement with respect to culture, process, and delivery. Individual team members have the ability to onboard and make an impact quickly. Personal growth is not hindered by upper management. Individuals at StockX are willing to work hard to execute on company objectives.

Cons

Given the size of the team and early stage of the company, the size of the available workload is larger than the team. Team members need to be comfortable with the fact they may not have a highly redundant role like exists in larger organizations. In other words, you can't always take a vacation and tell the guy to your right to "cover you" while you're out--you might be one of the only people in the organization who is truly familiar with a system or process.
