The pay isn't the best, even if you've been here for years, you'll get a barely a $1 raise, even if you perform well. The leadership at this company is unstable at best, esp in Operations. No one values data, so the meetings are a constant waste of time of leadership spinning wheels, talking in circles, etc. In the year I was there, I've seen strategies cut, old strategies re-implemented, retraction of benefit policies (unlimited PTO), etc. It's a circus with low pay.
