Pros

Plenty of awesome and smart people all around to work and learn from. Strong diversity and inclusion programs. Free snacks.

Cons

Company direction seems to be uncertain as there seems to consistent movement of orgs and teams. Stability is lacking in the current state.

Pros

Lots of cool and interesting people, from various backgrounds and demographics. Most of the benefits are really good and not too expensive. Company discount is okay, it used to be more.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, even if you've been here for years, you'll get a barely a $1 raise, even if you perform well. Management has turned a relaxed work environment to be structured like corporate America. There hasn't been a lot of internal growth opportunities in a long time, so much external hiring

Pros

Casual dress is the best.

Cons

The leadership at this company is unstable at best, esp in Operations. No one values data, so the meetings are a constant waste of time of leadership spinning wheels, talking in circles, etc. In the year I was there, I've seen strategies cut, old strategies re-implemented, retraction of benefit policies (unlimited PTO), etc. It's a circus with low pay.
