Pros

Working a hybrid schedule and that's about it

Cons

There are a lot of cons with this company. -Lack of communication and expectations -Lack of structure. They make up policies as they go -A bunch of kids placed in managerial positions without experience -Very wasteful, they waste a lot of money on unnecessary things -They already went through 3 rounds of layoffs the past 3 years JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Pros

Individual managers are usually cool and understanding, co-workers are nice and collaborative, "unlimited PTO", young and hip employee pool

Cons

The PTO policy is misleading. PTO is unlimited but after 20 or so days you must get approval from upper management. You only receive 5 unplanned PTO days which can be used for anything that's not planned so basically you can only be sick for 5 days out of the year. There is no employee handbook or place to find employee-related policies. You may get a different answer on company policies depending on who you speak to. Best practices for employee workflows is everchanging and seems to change at least weekly. Because of this it is hard to stay up to date with policy. When the company is experiencing a high volume of customer contact management is extremely strict and results to micromanaging. Don't be surprised if you get a direct message for going a few minutes over your 15 minutes break. NOTHING is documented unless it works in the interest of the company. Work schedule changes monthly and can be released less than a week before the new schedule starts.

Bad Hiring Strategy

Pros

Great overall company outlook and potential

Cons

This company is horrible at hiring. Obsessed with hiring middle management that will take years to ramp up and burning out existing analysts who deserve credit. Nothing gets done and turnover is starting to pick up as a result of this
