Pros

Some people are cool and very knowledgable about the industry. Also the staff sneaker store occasionally has some bargains - that's it1 The discount is lousy and no snacks or canteen in the office.

Cons

From the Directors upwards to C-Suite and the board, none of them have an ounce of passion for sneakers, luxury or streetwear - the products they are actually selling. As a result they are completely out of touch with what consumers and sellers actually want and their egos don't allow them to listen to the ideas of others who do have their fingers on the pulse. Head Office is an absolute joke and people are forced back into the office just because they have shares in the building when most team meetings are done over Zoom. It's a complete waste of time and productivity. Unless you are male it is extremely difficult to get a promotion and you are bullied and harassed. Went from talking about being a public company to nothing at all because they just over pay the higher ups and waste money on celebrities who have no influence on the culture. There are constant redundancies in Europe and the people who they do bring in as replacements have no clue how to develop the talent that is there so they cull even more. Authenticators are also treated like numbers and are on very low pay.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Although we do not share your sentiments about our leaders, we take all feedback seriously, especially when it relates to leadership, culture and how our team members are treated. We actively work on transparency and communication across all levels of the company and it is important to us that our team members feel heard and valued. To address a serious claim in your review: that women are not promoted within the company. This is categorically untrue. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where advancement is based on performance, not gender or any other personal characteristic. Women are represented in leadership roles across multiple departments, and we have programs in place to support career progression and mentorship for all team members. We also recognize that feedback around return-to-office policies is important. This is an area we continue to review and evolve with input from across the business to ensure we’re building a company that reflects both our values and the needs of our teams. We thank you for your contributions and wish you the best for the future. David Staels - Head of People Experience
