Pros

Opportunities everywhere Execution first culture Everyone is willing to try something new If we need something to get the job done we get it Taking risks is celebrated, never punished Low hanging fruit for improvement means everyone has the opportunity to make a difference There's always a new problem to solve and opportunity to improve.

Cons

Rapid growth leads to chaos that is not for everyone Finding space for everyone is a constant irritant, need more seats Communication needed to solve larger problems is the exception rather than the rule Mistakes are often repeated before being addressed Environment while fun can trend towards sophomoric

Pros

Pros - The people you’re surrounded by: You’re surrounded by the most inspiring, motivated, creative and hardworking people, and it genuinely rubs off on everyone. - Ideas are encouraged: Your ideas are heard no matter how big the company gets. You can email Josh, the CEO, directly and 10 out of 10 times you’ll receive a response. - There’s no PTO policy: The policy is more “if you’re not working, we’ll know.” As long as your work is always done and you’re on top of everything, it’s a pretty flexible environment. - Always in the know: There’s a company meeting weekly so everyone is in the know of the progress of the company, updates for each team, current events, etc. StockX is all about transparency so all of the employees are never in the dark about what is happening within. Josh will always answer any question you have about the business. - The executive team: It’s important to have an executive team you respect, and respects you and the amount of time and effort you put in everyday to better the business. It’s always stressed that your hard work is acknowledged and appreciated. - The office and operations is a sight to see: The most sought after sneakers, handbags, watches and streetwear pass through here everyday. This is by far the best office environment I’ve ever worked in. Inside the studio of the office, there is the original ESPN desk with a stock market ticker above it. StockX TV is also filmed here, with the occasional celebrity walking by your desk. We have a section of desks on our Cavs court. The floor is actual wood from the Quicken Loans Arena with a basketball hoop and score board. - Passion: This is the most important one. You can’t find the passion inside of this company anywhere else. It’s one of a kind.

Cons

- Although it is no cost to me, I do have to take a shuttle from my parking lot to office everyday which can add 30 minutes to my commute. - With such a cool office, there’s a lot of tours that can come through which can be distracting.

Pros

High-energy high-growth company that takes everyone's opinions into consideration for how to make the company better. Best experience I've ever had, and I've been in my profession for over 25 years.

Cons

IT systems are very immature. Many manual processes.
