Cons

Micromanagement, inconsistent leadership and direction, annual mass layoffs, lack of work-life balance, “test rabbit” operating style, lack of accountability, and a poor compensation structure. Creates a false “safe” environment for African American employees

esops is paper money i joined faang after this company, realized even junior people are much smarter than me due to little to no learning curve at stockx. beware of micromanagers
