Pros

They might not stay on longer owing to the recent changes. That would be good for them though. - The organization has underlying potential if leadership and cultural gaps are addressed.
Cons
- Internal politics often take precedence over execution and collaboration. - A noticeable gap exists between stated values (e.g., authenticity, transparency) (if you are already at StockX, you know who uses these words the most yet lack them herself) and actual day-to-day behavior. - Leadership quality is inconsistent across teams, with limited outcome-driven direction in several areas. - Following a recent leadership transition, alignment and effectiveness have declined, with the last few years being particularly challenging. - There is a tendency to prioritize perception of busyness over measurable outcomes, leading to inefficiencies and unclear priorities.
