      Great Engineering, Bad Management

      Pros

      When I joined, StockX had some amazing engineers. This meant that most basic engineering processes and tooling was well setup. Work life balance is great on most days and depends which team you work on & your manager.

      Cons

      Unapproachable HR team, things change with zero communication. New features keep coming in, only to be dropped a few months later. Most of the new management do not have startup experience so the culture has become worse in the past 1 year. Hiring process is absolute chaos, same questions are asked to every candidate which is easily available all over the internet. This has resulted in some candidates being hired who are not ideal for the work we do.

      Great Company but strange LT

      Cool People and the Marketplace is really cool. Great being around current culture stuff.

      Cons

      Engineering is basically toxic LT is wishy-washy and jumps from fire to fire. Taking forever to get rid of ancient monolith
