Pros
Fantastic Culture, my every way of contribution is acknowledged and appreciated both in energy and financial terms. Some amazing co-workers to work with, learning a lot from them. I never made any requests for any benefits and managers have been doing for me before I even ask. This is a place where one can chirp in on anything, do more and get more.
Cons
I don't think a great space for freshers/beginners. Don't expect some one will guide you on everything, a lot of things you have to self learn and figure them out. Some layoffs happened in recent times. A bit of too much of re-org. May need to work late in the nights from India because most of the teams are located in the states.
