company is taking on millions of dollars in new business but not hiring more people or giving raises of any kind for 3 times the work. this was a great company when I started but this past year it has fallen apart. way too strict on attendence policies, people get sick sometimes! you'd think with all the new business they would show employees some appreciation but instead they got rid of all company parties, they used to even do birthday lunches but not anymore. the call volume is 3 times what it used to be so they "train" you to take other depts calls. yeah, 1 hour of training so you basically get yelled at all day because you have no idea what you're doing and team leads are never available. horrible company now, don't bother applying
