Could be a good company in the future.

Cons

Uncertainty in immediate future and employees trying to keep their positions resulting in a high stress level across the board. Benefits reduced again this year, not competitive.

People left are knowledgeable, friendly, and hard workers Lower management (from Gary Anderson down) are quality people that understand business and could have done well given the chance to run things.

Cons

Newly acquired by Sapiens which is a disaster of a company. New management has no clue about US business Sapiens lives quarter to quarter doing ANYTHING to meet the next quarter's targets. EVEN AT THE EXPENSE of long term health of the business. Sapiens growth is all by acquisition as they kill anything they touch. NO regard for their employees.
