Business Outlook
Pros
Friendly coworkers, CEO comes in and works at the office. Has a desk with the rest of the floor (no corner office). Fast growing company, terrific performance given current conditions. Great office and office location in NYC.
Cons
Not the best pay, poorly organized due to countless acquisitions in the past and antiquated systems for CRM etc. Has potential to be great but there's a lack of real professional organization for the different business segments. Strong divide between front office and back/middle office. Which contributes to poor organization. Still a little known company in the finance and Wall Street world considering its a fortune 100 company... changes name every 2 years seems like.
