Pros

Free cereal and fruit. Some good employees which will probably also leave soon.

Cons

The technology is a shambles, no forward thinking at all and lots of people working themselves into key reliance roles and working people out that they don't agree with (or like). Performance management is utterly poor, usually done behind closed doors by higher powers with employees having no say to motivate for their performance. HR are so aligned with making the company successful that they'll go out of their way to sweep any issues under the carpet instead of dealing with them properly. Lots of heads of department and team leads are spineless "yes man" type of people and would rather say what people want to hear as opposed to what is realistic. Number one priority is doing everything cheap, and not well, so all work and hiring is moving to Eastern Europe and India.

Pros

The work environment is relaxed, and employees are friendly, with minimal conflict among staff. A yearly bonus is offered, though it is performance-based, which can also be seen as a drawback. Overall, the benefits package is satisfactory.

Cons

Management, from the supervisory level to senior leadership, appears more focused on pleasing their superiors than fostering a collaborative work environment. There is a noticeable lack of genuine concern for employees, with leaders prioritizing personal interests over team development. The company enforces a mandatory return-to-office policy, based on the outdated belief that in-person work is necessary for success. Most employees would prefer the flexibility to work remotely, and forcing people back into the office feels unnecessary and frustrating. The mandatory office days are especially frustrating, serving no real purpose other than to satisfy upper management’s outdated expectations. Compensation is average. Overall, the organization struggles with ineffective leadership, and management often demonstrates self-serving behavior. There are better places to work.
