Pros

Great team environment, awesome training/support, incredible career development, unparalleled products and technology, market leader, and extremely financially rewarding for those who work hard and smart. You may see some reviews on this site that are from folks that didn't have the desire to win nor the hunt/kill mentality that is needed to make the big $ in sales. Stonhard has been very good to me by rewarding me for my hard work. I have had the opportunity to serve Stonhard in a few different capacities, all of which have helped mold my career. To those of you who are considering a career opportunity with Stonhard, I suggest that you don't pay much attention to the negative comments on this site. The people leaving these comments were not good at their jobs but they are very good at making excuses as to why they failed & choose to be negative and toxic. I am glad they are no longer part of our family of winners. If you want to make big $ & you are willing to put in the effort, this is the company for you.

Cons

I truly don't have any cons to offer. Again, if you want to make the big $ and your willing to invest the time & effort into your own success, then this is the organization for you! Winners (not winers) please apply!

Pros

Solid leadership, freedom and trust to do my job. It is a very happy balance. I work hard and am respected for my contributions.

Cons

I believe this company has remained steadfast and true to the very things which have led to its continued success for a century, yet continues to evolve. I don't have any overt negativity to share - it is a good work life balance.

Pros

Understanding Management and friendly employee's Decent Benefits, any type of insurance available. 401k/Pension, stock purchase programs Smaller facilities with less people to manage allows better personal organization and planning for Management Most items have flexible dates if posted date is not possible. Sales team will work with when available

Cons

Lower pay scale, the pay is in "competitive" range but is on the low end. Will always be playing catchup if you don't get the higher end money during the initial hiring process Lean Manpower, smaller crews cause issues time to time with coordinating production orders and coverage. This also overlaps into always having to do double-duty for empty positions or callouts Poor Training, There are no proper training programs in place for any position. Majority of SOP's are not followed or outdated Lack of cooperation between departments. Typically Managers have to get involves to make things happen cross different departments
