      Make your own schedule, excellent commissions if you can sell enough jobs

      Cons

      You wear alot of hats. Corporate is quick to take money away from your commission if install job goes wrong

      Pay for travel. Training is decent.

      Cons

      Watch out for the draw. Its not just straight commission. The company is very old school, things move slow. Stonhard is 3x more expensive than any other epoxy manufacture-hard to sell value when Duraflex makes just as good products.
