Pros

$100k+ very realistic, great benefits, home-based. Strong book of existing business and lots of new business opportunities. In control of majority of personal scheduling and very similar to running your own business. Excellent training and direct supervisor is not a micro manager.

Cons

Need to be extremely disciplined. They won’t follow you around and make you be where you need to be when you need to be there, and if you don’t have the discipline to do that yourself you will fail.

Our Territory Managers are responsible for running their territory like their own small business and that does come with a tremendous amount of freedom. Being able to be self-motivated to get out and sell every day as you set your own schedule. We take great pride in our training program and are always looking to get TMs up to speed quicker.
