The company as a whole is nice to work for. Nice benefits, holidays and perks.

Cons

Sales Administration is not a good place to be. They have managed to cram 4-5 different positions into one.

Some crazy hours, more time spent on paperwork than needed, company lacks focus with too much emphasis on new untested products.

Thanks for being a member of the best sales team in flooring! Our local Territory Managers do run their geography like their own small business so there are a lot of responsibilities they are tasked with. The nice part is having a larger company to lean on for training, great benefits and a strong compensation plan. We’re always looking to increase the selling time available for our Territory Managers including less reporting, estimating, project management, etc. If you have any specific suggestions, feel free to let us know.
