you are responsible for what in a normal sales environment is 4 different positions so you really do not have a great chance to master them all

Our Territory Managers have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and they are responsible for all aspects of the sales process from start to finish and our compensated well for the work that they do. While our TMs manage the territories like their own small business, they do pick up the benefits of a large company including strong benefits, training, expenses and product support. We take pride in offer the best of both worlds.

Good place to, but must work hard to make good money.

Cons

Crews are spread thin some times and getting a good installer to install the floors the right way is key to being able to do the job and make things run smooth.

Thank you for the note! We’re continually trying to find and bring in new crews to help our installs, but still need to maintain our high degree of quality projects. We ask our local Territory Managers and other field employees to also keep their eye out for any local companies that can help add to our installation capacity as finding strong installers makes a world of difference!
