      Pros

      Great company with lots of opportunities for growth. Company has excellent benefits and values employees. There are many people that stay around for a long time.

      Cons

      The company has a very financial focus and everything is focused on monthly quotas. RPM puts tremendous pressure for monthly results and it can cloud the long term view of the company.

      Pros

      Stonhard is a small company here in Fort Wane, IN; but also a part of a larger conglomerate RPG. So advantages of working for a small company with benefits of a larger company. The employees are all great to work with.

      Cons

      As with any company, you have your peak and down times. The peak times keep us very busy (which I happen to like), down times are a must; that's when we usually get caught up on things we don't have time for.

      Pros

      Tough question, unfortunately I am drawing a blank; it's a job, that's a pro. You're busy every minute of every day, if you like not having time to have personal thoughts or opinions then this place will be great for you.

      Cons

      You have zero value, which you learn quickly. You have no voice, you get treated poorly, no room for growth, over worked and under appreciated.
