      Pros

      Salary was on par with position, though a bit on the low side of the scale. Benefits were decent for the industry.

      Cons

      There was a lot of favouritism from the managers, and it was quite blatant who were the favoured ones. Every office has its politics, but this one was a gossip festival. They also liked to bill themselves as family friendly, but that was only if you were among the favourites. Everyone else better be ready to give back twice as much as they got.

      Pros

      Make your own schedule and have autonomy.

      Cons

      All of the load is on the Territory Manager. Even when corporate team screws something up, it falls back on the Territory Manager. CRM system is a joke and management ignores the employees suggestions on how to improve and streamline this and other processes
