      Pros

      Mostly structured work hours. People in office are friendly.

      Cons

      Training is poor, office administrator gives little consideration to learning process. Must be able to work with constant interruptions while learning the role. Computer programs not intuitive this will be the biggest hurdle you have to learn and know what to do next. There is no learning manual each nee person needs to create their own as they learn. Leave it at that. There is some toxicity from one upper management.
