Pros

Stonhard was a good company to work for, they provided very comprehensive training. Once is the field you could rely on corporate resources to help provide customers with valuable add on cleaning products and maintenance services.

Cons

With the type of product that Stonhard provided, it was difficult to get added to a list of approved products once the specifications for an RFP were written. Additionally, since Stonhard offered a premium product with a premium price tag it was sometimes difficult to win bids that were predominately price driven without having an inside advocate early on in the selling process.

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate the positive note on our corporate training and Stonkleen service. We have recently increased the size of our Business Development Group and allotted more resources in an effort to build more and better relationships with the Architectural and Design communities to be on the list of approved products prior to the RFP, or getting on to the RFP after specifications. Pros

Pay for travel. Training is decent.

Cons

Watch out for the draw. Its not just straight commission. The company is very old school, things move slow. Stonhard is 3x more expensive than any other epoxy manufacture-hard to sell value when Duraflex makes just as good products.
