Pros

$100k+ very realistic, great benefits, home-based. Strong book of existing business and lots of new business opportunities. In control of majority of personal scheduling and very similar to running your own business. Excellent training and direct supervisor is not a micro manager.

Cons

Need to be extremely disciplined. They won’t follow you around and make you be where you need to be when you need to be there, and if you don’t have the discipline to do that yourself you will fail.

Thank you for your note and thanks for being a part of the best sales team in flooring! Our Territory Managers are responsible for running their territory like their own small business and that does come with a tremendous amount of freedom. Being able to be self-motivated to get out and sell every day as you set your own schedule. We take great pride in our training program and are always looking to get TMs up to speed quicker. Great for its ease in applying its material and even better when working with a great crew

Cons

Poor for its manipulating and scheming person holding wages over your head discriminating and keeping you from making what the job may pay

Stonhard takes great pride in the work that our sub-contractors perform for us on our installation sites, but Stonhard does not have any direct input into what each sub-contracting company pays its individual employees. Those pay rates are left up to those individual companies, and thus should be directed to that sub-contracting company. We do review these sub-contractors regularly, but if you feel there are issues regarding inequality, please bring it to our attention immediately.

Thank you for your note. We put a lot of time and effort into our marketing materials that can be used by our sales force during the sales cycle. As our customers’ needs have changed, we’ve developed new products and have added new territories with vertical market-specific sales reps.
