Well, for starters Stop & Shop is a very toxic work environment, not welcoming to new employees whatsoever, and your coworkers are very judgemental and spread rumors like no tomorrow. You can't trust anyone in corporate or management to keep your personal information to themselves. Your hours are cut every January because corporate rather spend money on a useless robot and ensure big payouts for themselves while minimum wage employees suffer. Do not work here if you are looking to keep your dignity and work in a positive supportive work environment.
