Honestly, I never saw a lot of pros. If you enjoy climbing the corporate ladder, there's a lot of opportunity for you. But that's about it.

Cons

Management doesn't care for you. Even if they say they do, even if they believe they do, actions prove otherwise. I stood in between admin and union, I heard and knew both sides. Union workers always feel unheard and uncared for. Management always believes they're helping. The truth is, corporate makes good bosses for the bottom line. They make atrocious leaders for the people. You'll find a diamond in the rough here and there. Majority speaking, this company does not care about you at all.

Good attitude gets you everywhere Plenty of good people, if you’re in the right store Vague possibility of moving up

Cons

Good attitude is only the first step If you’re in the wrong store, you are doomed to sluggish, sad experiences and the reality of “upper management loves the top performing stores and leaves the rest to rot” Right place right time will allow for an interview (otherwise be prepared to wait half a year minimum)
