Pros

Flexible hours, 5% discount, nice coworkers, decent environment, weekly pay with a bank in-store to cash your check, a union to back you up, dealing with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Very hard physical labor, poor training, no basic supplies to do your job (not enough disposable gloves, trash bags, cleaning supplies), very few opportunities for advancement, feudal management practices, union dues and politics.

Pros

My hard headed manager though me the importance of being on time and do things I never could imaging I never learned, but I did, his non sense attitude teach me how to deal and meet demands in all level, with him then god I know everything I need to deal on the Retail businesses as well.

Cons

hated people being late, but it make me understand that not everybody is the same and some people have some responsibilities that others don't have , like taking kids to school and pick them up, things that as a human being we have to understand, but not everyday. people that call sick a lot, when the job is not getting done, when they don't meet my demand.
