Pros

Stop & Shop has always acknowledged my capabilities and appreciated my dedication and hard work. Not once have they ever doubted me. For 10 months, I have been pushed to always give 100% but I give at least 110%. Currently I am enrolled to become a full time deli clerk and maybe someday a manager of the department. Everyone makes you feel welcome. The hard work like I said get acknowledged.

Cons

Shady hours every other week as they always claim of "loss in sales."

It was an OK company to work for at one time. Maybe 10-15 years ago. I got along with most of my fellow associates.

Cons

Very little respect from management, outrageous rules, vindictiveness, and dishonesty. They will pretty much try to own your life especially if you are full-time.
