Pros

Flexible hours they can be understanding of students needs and change in schedules. You can gain a better understanding of healthy eating if you take the time. If in a plaza location you can get all your shopping needs done at once.

Cons

On your feet almost all the time, sometime you are asked to stay longer if someone does not show up for their shift. One can become frustrated with coupons or keeping up with new promotions.

Pros

Some Pros of this job were the hours, the cash-handling experience, the people I worked with and the type of environment. I think working at a supermarket is a valuable experience as an adolescent.

Cons

The senior management were fairly oblivious to lower level employees; not very kind, did not actively listen, and seemed at times chaotic and disorderly in terms of organization.
