Pros

Flexibility in hours, scheduling; stability in knowing there is a union to keep you from unfair treatment (sort of); the store management team seems to be genuine about their approaches to making the store a team effort; pretty good vacation time structure

Cons

Terrible communication between the chain of command; there are too many cancerous employees there for the entire store to function successfully; the union in charge of caring for the employees does less than the company's management to ensure employee benefits are maintained; poor track to advancement; pay isn't worth the work asked for
