Pros

good co workers have some benfits can ask for time off when needed have an employee discount can transfer to another department if you want

Cons

they keep cutting hours even if you been there for years having to belong to a union. I wish employees had the option of getting out union. That should be an option, allow the employees to chose to belong to the union, or not belong to the union. the good mangers, and good full timers get tranfered some of the workers who don't pick up the slack who call out all the time, and the company doesn't do a darn thing about it.
