Pros

- Flexible scheduling, If you absolutely need to get the time off there is usually a way to make that happen. - Individual department teams are fairly small and for the most part create that 'family' vibe. - Depending on location, the customers you encounter are more often than not pleasant. - Time and a half on Sundays/holidays.

Cons

- Pay is terrible. - Long term employees looking for advancement into the upper management tree must be willing to wait....a while. - Full time employees face constant transferring to stores all over the state for weeks or months at a time.
