Pros

Flexible scheduling. When needed, employees across the store will work tougher to accomplish tasks or help each other.

Cons

Policies and procedures are either ignored or very from store to store and manager to manager, creating confusion with customers and employes. Some managers "hoard" information to make themselves feel important. Very little room for advancement. Constantly increasing demands, while decreasing hours.

Pros

Free Cookies, and that's about all i can come up with.

Cons

Low Pay....Low Pay.....LOW PAY Managers and co workers don't speak to you. Once you begin to work there you become invisible, apparently. Not much training. They just throw you out there and expect you to know how to do everything you weren't taught to do.

Pros

Work environment is more or less relaxed and as long as fellow employees are interesting the work day is not too tedious.

Cons

Dealing with the public especially in either an upper or lower class area tends to be taxing on your patience.
