Pros

Awesome scheduling flexibility; you can literally get any day you want off! You have al; the benefits of being in a union. Shifts are never too long.

Cons

The jobs are terribly boring, requiring little to no intellectual capability to do.

Terrible pay, unfair treatment of employees

Pros

It's a reliable job. The union makes it almost impossible to fire people, and many of the employees are kind and hardworking.

Cons

The pay is terrible. Minimum wage, and you have to pay union fees on top of that (10 bucks a month). For someone living paycheck to paycheck, 6ish dollars an hour is just not enough. Also, they care more about numbers than customer service. We are ranked by how fast we scan, how many voids we have, etc, and if your numbers aren't perfect, you'll get demoted, even if you're incredibly hardworking, friendly, and treat customers well.
