Not a bad retail job

Pros

Helpful peers, decent hours, good benefits, lunch break. Overall much better than the big chain pharmacies.

Cons

Terrible finding tech help since they start them at minimum wage. Management is constantly pushing for vaccines and sales. Really big into individual and store level performance. If you don't perform at their desired level, you will not receive a good performance review which leads to a lower bonus and salary increase compared to everyone else. As a floater, you will be traveling all over the state. At this specific location, some customers are rude and disrespectful. Especially if you are a woman. Not the case in other locations. Some pharmacists/techs you come across in stores have been working there for years and have "strong personalities" which makes the job difficult. Little to no opportunities for growth! Majority of pharmacists stay here til they retire so you would be lucky if you can get a managerial position.
