people dont really care about it, they just go through the motions. Associates are not rotating food items as much as they should, everyone tries to do as little as possible. we throw out so much food every day/week. Store is always competing with their own sale stats, so when it doesnt do as expected, corporate cuts funding/ salaries as if to say, since there isnt as many customers, you dont need as many workers, when in reality the amount of work is still the same and we still need people to come in, so those who stay have higher load and cant finish in time, and that reflects in the store operations which affects customer experience, and sales suffer more etc

Typical customer service, you will see the same people on a weekly basis. People will complain about not wanting to work but don't let that affect you and its fine.
