Pros

The retail teams work hard and are eager for support and advocacy.

Cons

There is a lot of members in the senior leadership circle that does not operate with care, concern or consideration for the retail employee. Additionally, there is a lot of affinity bias when it comes to promotions. Either you know the right people or you don't, regardless of your actual performance. When it comes to the corporate work environment, there is little interest in making things better and any change is reactionary vs. proactive. That said, with recent changes to leadership, this may shift but these changes might be too late as many talented people have been let go. Their mission and core values while attractive on paper are nothing more than words on a page.
