A Company That Truly Lives Its Values

Pros

Working at Storable has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From day one, it’s clear that this company doesn’t just talk about values -- it lives them. The culture is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a deep respect for people. The people at Storable are truly what make it special. I’m constantly inspired by my teammates -- smart, driven, humble individuals who care deeply about the work and about each other. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose, and it makes a huge difference. Leadership here is transparent, approachable, and deeply invested in the success of both the company and its people. They set a clear vision, communicate often, and are open to feedback. It's rare to find a place where senior leaders are so accessible and authentic.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly. It requires a certain level of adaptability and comfort with change. For some, that pace may feel overwhelming at times, but if you thrive in a dynamic environment, it’s also incredibly energizing.

Toxic Micromanagement

Pros

There are zero pros to this company

Cons

Storable has one of the most micromanaged and controlling environments I’ve ever experienced. Leadership operates through fear, not support, and there’s a strong “sink or swim” mentality with little regard for employee well-being. Management prioritizes rigid structure over actual growth or collaboration. Feedback is not welcomed, and questioning anything is seen as insubordination. If you value autonomy, respect, and a healthy work culture, this isn’t the place for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience at Storable left you feeling controlled, unsupported, and undervalued. While this is not the culture we strive to build, we take your feedback seriously and recognize how important it is to listen, especially when the message is difficult to hear. The concerns you've raised around micromanagement, fear-based leadership, and a lack of psychological safety are deeply troubling and not aligned with our values. We are committed to fostering a culture where autonomy, respectful challenge, and personal growth are not only encouraged but expected. If that hasn’t been your experience, we acknowledge that we have work to do. We also hear your frustration around the rigidity of structure and the perception that feedback isn't welcome. At Storable, we believe collaboration and open dialogue are critical to our success, and we know that starts with leaders who listen. We are actively working to improve how we communicate and support our teams, especially during times of rapid change. If you’re a current employee, we urge you to speak with your HR Business Partner or use our anonymous feedback tool, Incogneato. We are committed to making this a place where every Storrior feels respected, empowered, and safe to speak up. Thank you again for your honesty. Your feedback helps us get better.
