Pros

Incredible team, great culture, competitive salary. SpareFoot truly cares for it's employees. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the transparency and access to the CEO.

Cons

Sometimes, in a fast growing organization, things change and they can change rapidly. When this occurs, there is often times disorganization.

SpareFoot is committed to culture, growth, and employee happiness. The People Department and CEO take the pulse of the culture twice yearly and make changes based on employee feedback. We are spoiled with amazing perks and have the best, brightest, and most hardworking colleagues in Austin.

Cons

A lot is expected from employees in a fast-growing startup, so if you are interested in just clocking in/out, this would not be a good fit.

The people. I genuinely get along with everyone. Everyone is expected to work to the height of their ability and everyone consistently does. You're treated like an adult.

Cons

The cons would only apply to those who wouldn't enjoy the environment. Rapid growth and change can be disorienting to some. You really are expected to work extremely hard.
