1. Friendly environment and work culture is good. 2. Policies are good and have good insurance coverage and other benefits. 3. Free lunch and food is very hygienic. Also free snacks 4. Regular events and fun activities. 5. One can freely communicate with other teams and support from other teams are awesome

1. 3 days of office (Tue, Wed and Thu) is mandatory in a week.
