Pros

This company is absolutely incredible. I honestly enjoy coming to work each day, where I spend time with incredible people motivated only by the success of the group (not for their own self validation, their paycheck, or their ego). We don't work a 9-5, and we don't want to. I spend the entire day laughing with people who have become a second family to me.

Cons

SpareFoot is so thoroughly awesome - the un-PC culture, the incredible ability to learn directly from members of each department, etc. I don't think I'll ever be able to work anywhere else!

We help shape customer's experiences. You are part of a team that works very hard to find ways to improve the relationships between customers and the self storage facilities we help to them find. You are encouraged to come up with new ways to help improve these experiences, and get to see those ideas come to fruition much quicker and with better results than any other company you may have suggested an idea to and not seen much become of it.

Cons

You may have to work a weekend or two initially, but that can be easily managed like any other aspect of a work week.
