Poor Managers in Integrations

Pros

Unlimited PTO, Flexible Schedule, company appears to be growing at a fast pace. Opportunity for career growth.

Cons

Management used to be pretty nice, but then new managers brought on kept making awful decisions within the integrations team. All small teams were disbanded, micromanagement started to get bad fast (messages everyday in the morning on where things were at, even though we already had to post daily status updates on projects in Slack as is, as well as update Jira tickets).
