Endless opportunities for growth and advancement company wide. Awesome culture with friendly and helpful team members. Higher-ups appear to be down-to-earth and open to suggestions and ideas. Provides step-by-step training with video. Great compensation and benefits!!

Cons

Have not experienced any cons as of yet. It is a start-up, so there will be a few glitches to work through. But nothing major.

Unlimited PTO (our CEO reminds us to take time off for our birthdays), work from home flexible for most positions, fair compensation, positive/supportive teammates & good communication, seems to be lots of room for growth, people ops department genuinely does care about employees, gym reimbursement

Cons

Working remotely makes it difficult to get to know people in different departments. No 401K match yet
