Pros

Could not recommend Stord more highly. Amazing culture (that I’ve never found elsewhere), strong leadership, vision and values, and truly awesome people. The environment fosters transparency, room to ask questions, ability to set president and try new things - as a result, I feel more stimulated as an employee. This is an ideal environment for entrepreneurial minded people who want a challenge - you’ll be helping build foundational elements in a very quickly growing company. If you want super structured, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re not willing to put in the work, this also probably isn’t the place for you. But if you enjoy creating process, problem solving and figuring things out for yourself - you will thrive. Lots of room for growth! Great work/life balance.

Cons

Bandwidth can be an issue sometimes - were growing fast and it’s hard to keep up! BUT in that same vein, management realizes and acknowledge this and it’s not not been an issue in terms of work/life balance whatsoever.
